Avanthi Group of Colleges The Indoor auditorium of Avanthi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Cherukupally, Tagarapuvalsa witnessed a grand look on 6th January, 2024 with the celebration of Graduation Day by Avanthi Group of Colleges. The stage was cheerfully adorned with the 750 Achievers’ and 800 Graduates crowned with medals, certificates and offer letters. Dr. C.P.V. N.J. Mohan Rao presented the convocation report and averred the students to be original thinkers and contributors. He also mentioned that Gold medals are given to students who have secured highest CGPA in different branches . On Congratulating the graduands he stated that industrial revolution driven by technology so that everyone should aquire knowledge and develop newer skills which helps to maximize the productivity to be a global personality. Shri M.Srinivasa Rao MLA Bheemili, founder cum chairman of Avanthi Group of Colleges explored that the motto of Avanthi Group of Colleges is “Quality Education, Holistic development and upliftment of Society through Education and Employment opportunities”. He encouraged the students by giving examples and stated that the Mega Job Mela organized by Avanthi Group was a part of community development activity to provide employment opportunities to unemployed youth. He also advised that success be the continuous journey not to be relaxed and strive for knowledge. He said that every graduate should take an inspiration from various fields like civil services and other professions. The chief guest Dr.A.Ravi Shankar, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Visakhapatnam urged the graduates to embrace the challenges and pursue their passion with grit and perseverance.He address the gathering with instances of his life journey and said that one must be courage to take right decisions which leads the career in a progressive way. In his address, he advised to go with Inter- Disciplinary Research in various forms. He particularly pointed out that “Single minded attention”aims to success which keeps the hopes alive by constant practice. The guests of honour, Dr.A.Abraham Varughese Director NSTL applauded the efforts of all the Graduates and Achievers and shared the responsibility of graduates as they step into the real world .He advised the students about short term and long term career goals. He stated that spirit of curiosity, compassion helps to become creator of knowledge. Prof. Rama Mohan Rao, Guest of Honour, Vice Chairman APSCHE, AP exhorted the students to trained the mind that open to learn anything which leads to knowledge acquisition and to work on nurturing one’s talent. Other Guests Mr. A.Krishnappa, Unit Manager BPHR, Infosys Visakhapatnam and Mr.T.Suresh Kumar Head-Talent Acquisition, Xinthe Technologies Pvt. Ltd.Vsp informed the Graduates and Achievers to update themselves with the cutting-edge strategies in the competitive and challenging world of technology. Every graduate must show gratitude towards their parents, faculty, peer groups and institutions. The guests conferred degrees to the graduands and offer letters to Achievers. Joyous atmosphere echoed with cheers and applauses as Graduates and Achievers were crowned with the Medals and Offer Letters . Dr. M.Priyanka General Secretary of Avanthi Group of Colleges, extended her best wishes to all the graduates for their future endeavours. Mr. I. Sravan kumar, Managing Director ,Dr. A. Chandra sekhar Director, Dr. B.Murali Krishna Principal of the host college, all the Principals Avanthi group of Colleges. Dr. T. Srinivasa Rao Dean& Training and Placement officer, Mr. M. Roopu Sundara Rao Training and placement officer, were among the others who were present for the occasion. The graduates and achievers delivered a heartfelt speeches reflecting on their college journey expressing gratitude to the management, faculty and family members who supported them along the way. The speeches resonated with attendees offering a memorable take away from the significant celebration.
