Training & Placement Cell

Avanthi Institute of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous) has a well-established Training & Placement Cell (T&P Cell) that provides systematic and structured support for the overall career development of students across all programmes.

The department conducts internal and external training programmes to enhance students’ technical, aptitude, reasoning, verbal, communication, coding, and employability skills. It also facilitates placement assistance, career counseling, industry interactions, pre-placement training, mock interviews, group discussions, online assessments, and higher-education guidance.

The Training & Placement Cell works closely with students from the early years of their academic programme to identify their strengths, develop their competencies, and align their skills with current industry requirements. Regular interaction with recruiters and industry professionals enables students to understand emerging career opportunities, recruitment processes, and workplace expectations.

Through continuous training, mentoring, assessment, and career guidance, the department strives to improve students’ employability, professional competence, confidence, and career readiness, thereby enabling them to pursue suitable opportunities in industry, higher education, and other professional domains.

• The T&P Cell facilitates campus recruitment opportunities with MNC’s, keeping students' skill sets, career interests, aspirations, and eligibility in mind. It also provides guidance and support for pooled, off-campus, and other suitable recruitment opportunities.
• The institution encourages active Alumni engagement through interactions, knowledge-sharing sessions, mentoring, career guidance, and professional networking, enabling students to benefit from the experiences and expertise of alumni.
• The cell offers training in soft skills, technical modules of corporate, leadership and managerial skills. It arranges mock interviews, group discussions, series of aptitude tests, technical tests and HR interviews for students. It also coordinates industrial visits and student training.
• For the students who wish to pursue their career in higher studies, Avanthi provides support and guidance.
