AVANTHI has an independent Department of Training and Placement Cell, committed to provide all possible assistance to its students and also to meet the needs of organizations. Visionary Management has taken a right decision in right time to establish a separate Training and Placement Department in 2010. This may be the first college in its age-group in AP to take such a revolutionary decision. Today many colleges are following this plan. That is what it happens with the leaders. This shows the management commitment towards life and careers of its college students.

At the outset, a senior Soft Skills professional was appointed with a great package in 2010. Then onwards, slowly but surely a separate placement Training Team was built. Today Department has five full time dedicated staff members covering all the required aspects of recruitment process by any IT or non-IT companies.

Employability skill training starts from 2nd year onwards for all the branches in the college. The training modules cover Aptitude, Technical, Objective general English and Soft Skills (in the areas of Corporate Culture Team Work, Leadership Skills, Creative Thinking, Motivation Mind-Set Management, Resume Writing, Group Discussions and Interview facing techniques etc.).

Apart from the regular syllabus oriented training classes, Department conducts special training classes whenever there is a Placement Drive by any IT or Non-IT Company to increase the number in selection.

A high level combination of planning, coordination and team work is the secret of Department's success. In fact, Department of Training and Placement Cell is the strategic tool for AVANTHI College in building up a strong Brand Image.
