Role: The Controller of Examinations (CoE) is responsible for the overall administration and coordination of the examination system of the institution. The CoE oversees the planning and conduct of examinations, question paper management, evaluation, result processing, revaluation and recounting, examination records, certification, and examination-related grievances. The CoE ensures that all examination processes are conducted in a fair, transparent, confidential, secure, and efficient manner, in accordance with institutional regulations and applicable academic and regulatory guidelines. The CoE also coordinates with the Academic Council, Dean – Academics and Evaluation, Heads of Departments, faculty, students, examiners, and external authorities to maintain the integrity and credibility of the examination system.
